FIAL, Food Innovation Australia Limited, is the Food and Agribusiness Growth Centre for the Federal Government. Their role is to collaborate with all industry stakeholders to grow the share of Australian food in the global marketplace.
With a board remit and a short timeframe, FIAL needed to act with speed and efficiency to communicate their role; and how they could help the Australian Food and Agribusiness Industry grow.  
After reviewing the list of stakeholders that FIAL was responsible for satisfying, we determined that simplicity in messaging would be key to their success. We developed three brand building blocks and got to work rolling them out across all mediums.
Strategy:
  • Develop marketing strategy that specifies who we are, what we do, how we help
  • Communicate offering both online and offline
  • Create consistency across all communication channels
  • Upskill internal team to become brand ambassadors
Results:
  • Board approved Marketing strategy that detailed communication channels, key messages, revised branding and redeveloped digital infrastructure
  • 3 communication pillars that each spoke to a different subset of industry stakeholders
